Richard Stanfel

Dear Maggioli Family,

On behalf of my father, Dick Stanfel, I would like to offer heart felt condolences for the loss of Chick Maggioli. He was a true friend to my father and our family. Dad lived with Chick while playing with the Detroit Lions and they shared many wonderful times. Chick also visited often to stay with our family in Libertyville Illinois to attend Bears games during dad's coaching career. Dad most recently received his annual gift of sausages and cheese which was always special. A gentleman, honored veteran, decorated athlete, and true friend to many. His life and accomplishments will not be forgotten.

Kindest Regards,

The Stanfel Family

Our sincerest sympathy in the passing of our dear friend, Chick. We have such wonderful memories of him particularly skiing in Aspen, CO with the St. Joseph Valley Ski Club. When my children were young he was always up to a game of "winning touch". They still have the game box with the scores marked on the inside

cover of the box. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sorrow.

Sincerely, Gaylene Doherty
