          Mishawaka-Cecily K. Skinner, 71, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018 at Holy Cross Rehab in South Bend.

          Cecily was born on July 27, 1947 in Trinidad, Tobago to Charles Russell Sylvester Williams and Mona Margarita Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Wally, Dave, Clarence Sylvester Williams and Janet Parks.

          Surviving are her daughter, Melinda Skinner of Mishawaka; son, Shawn Skinner of Mishawaka; grandson, Tyler; siblings, Petal DeBriseno, Jasmine, Steve, Walter Sylvester Williams, Merlyn Bailey and Margaret Goins.

          Cecily worked for both Martins and Krogers Bakeries before she retired seven years ago. She liked to walk the East Race and enjoyed the concerts there. She loved her family and especially her grandson. Cecily was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church.

          A Memorial Service will be on Monday, January 7 at 10:30 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, in St. Peter Lutheran Church, 437 E. Dragoon Trail, Mishawaka.

          Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Cecily to the church.
