          Mishawaka-George Lewis Lawall, 74, passed away at home on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.

          George was born on December 4, 1944 in Chicago, IL to the late Wilbur and Sarah (Campbell) Lawall. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Carol Van Steen; brother, Bruce Lawall and son, Bradford Lawall.

          On August 20, 1966 at East United Methodist Church in Mishawaka he married the former, Sue Sawyer. Surviving are his loving wife, Sue and daughter, Kelly Lawall of Goshen.

          He attended Purdue University and Manchester College. He was a reserve police officer for St. Joseph County and Walkerton Police Department. George sold insurance and was Vice President of DBS Security South Bend.

          George loved animals and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his unique sense of humor. He will truly be missed but never forgotten by all those who loved him.

          The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.
