Beverly "Kay" (Sandefur) Holderman

Beverly “Kay” Holderman, 74, of Mishawaka passed away at home on Thursday, March 23, 2023.  Kay was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on July 26, 1948, to the late Cecil and Leah “Marie” (Stanage) Sandefur.  On August 1, 1964, she married Butch Holderman who survives.  Also surviving are her children, Linda (Terry) Montague, Rhonda Drescher and Ira “Butch” (Tarri) Holderman; grandchildren, Terri Lynn, Amy, Wayne Jr., Brandon, Shauna, Savannah, Paige, Ali, Austin and Zack; and brothers, Fred (Dee) Sandefur and Lucky (Cheryl) Sandefur.  She is preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Wayne Drescher sisters, Carolyn Sandefur, Edith Wittner, Gloria Dunn, Thelma England, Pearl Johnson and Connie Boyd; and brothers, Robert Sandefur, Hubert Sandefur and Chester Sandefur.

Kay was a longtime crossing guard for School City of Mishawaka.

Family will receive friends from 11 am-1 pm on Monday, March 27, 2023 at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, IN with funeral service at 1 pm.  Kay will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka immediately following the service.
