Bobby L. Acrey, 77, of Mishawaka passed away on April 21, 2024. Bobby was born to the late Willard and Stella (Guffey) Acrey on December 30, 1946, in Mishawaka. He married Amy (Stitt) Acrey on April 25, 1987, in South Bend.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 36 years, Amy Acrey; his children, Kevin (Debbie) Acrey and Michele (John) Brandt; grandchildren, Aubrey and Kincade Acrey, Teige, Mackenna, Tanner, and Keaton Brandt; great grandchild, Lincoln Acrey Crowell; brother, Willie (Dan) Acrey O’Shea; mother-in-law, Beverly Stitt; sisters-in-law, Kay (Tom) Parker and Julie (Alan) Kohn; his Norris family, Ray (Barb) Norris, Joe (Mimi) Norris, and his longtime golf partner and friend, Rex (Susie) Norris as well as many extended family members and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his father-in-law, William Stitt; sisters-in-law Marcia Norris and Valerie Stitt; his former wife, Charlotte Norris Ganser, and many of his lifelong friends from school, whom he played ball, golfed, did ND tailgates and raised his family with.

Bobby entered the trades as a plumber and went on to own Acrey Plumbing and Heating Inc. and was president of Acrey Home Plumbing and Heating Supply Store. He had enjoyed retirement since 2009. He was an avid golfer and Notre Dame fan. Bobby enjoyed watching Indycar racing and NASCAR.

Friends may visit with the family from 1-4pm on Saturday, April 27th, at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation in the funeral home at 4pm.
