Candice A. (Hess) Salyer, 68, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away the evening of Thursday, October 5, 2023. Candice was born on March 23, 1955, in Mishawaka to the late John and Mary Alice (Moore) Hess. Candice graduated from Mishawaka High School in 1973 and attended the University of Evansville. On November 22, 1975, she married Craig Salyer, who preceded her in death in 2020.

Candice is survived by her daughters, Laura (Justin Gautier) Salyer, Amanda Naragon, and Katy Salyer; grandchildren, Kaylee Navarro, Jaci Naragon, Taryn Naragon, Abigail Horning, Myles Naragon, and Luke Gautier; and sister, Susan (Mel) Wood.

No services are scheduled at this time. Hahn Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation.
