Chris Alkire

Chris E. Alkire, 67, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021.  Chris was born in Clinton, IN, to Charles and Ruth Norma Jean (Sollars) Alkire.  He is survived by his twin brother, Charles (Margaret) Alkire; and brother, Tom Alkire; sisters,  Suzetta (Larry) Snow and Margaret (Tom) Elkins.  He is preceded in death by a brother, Mike Alkire. Though Chris did not have children of his own, he was surrounded by love from several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. 

Chris worked in the RV Industry and was a plumber for many years.  You could find him watching Notre Dame Football every Saturday in the fall. He loved watching old movies but especially loved The Andy Griffith Show.  He was an avid music lover and worked as a sound tech for Zibby Tebo. 

Memorial Service will be on Monday, January 3, 2021, in Hahn Funeral Home in Mishawaka with visitation from 4-7pm.
