Connie Jane Johnson, 62, of Mishawaka passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. Connie was born in Rockford, IL on June 11, 1959, to Robert J. & Mary F. (Reynolds) Smith. Connie is survived by her beloved daughter, Sally Denison; beloved granddaughters, Alexis Layton, Chloe Johnson, Emma Denison and Kaiytlynn Layton; sister, Sallie Jo Hyatt; and a brother, Jan VanMir.

Per Connie’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
