David Harringer

     David Lee Harringer, Jr., 47, passed away on March 4, 2025.   David was born on December 24, 1977, in Joliet, Illinois to Deanna (Smee) Bly and David Harringer, Sr. He graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in 1996. 

     He is survived by his siblings, Jennifer Harringer, Daniel Harringer, Brian (Jessica) Harringer, and Elizabeth (Jeremy) Zerby. Grandmother, Mary Harringer, Great Aunt, Sherri (David) Fuller, Uncle, Robert (Kathy) Harringer, Cousins, Frank Harringer and Katy  Harringer; along with many nieces and nephews.   

     David had a lifelong passion for cars, which led him to spend several years as an auto mechanic. He loved working on vehicles, which brought him immense joy over the years.  David will forever be remembered, deeply loved, and greatly missed. 

    Per his wishes a cremation will take place, and no formal services will be held at this time. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
