Diane Jean Daniels

Diane Jean Daniels, 73, of Mishawaka passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023, in Elkhart Meadows.  Diane was born in Mishawaka on August 21, 1949, to the late Fred and Ethel (Hagedorn) Daniels.  On June 8, 1968, she married Thomas J. Velleman who preceded her in death.  She is also preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Baugher and stepbrothers, Frances (Jake) Kalka and Matthew Kalka.  Surviving are her children, Mary Ann (Scott) Myers and Joe (Jenny) Velleman; grandchild, Gavyn Velleman; and brother, Thomas (Mary) Daniels.

Diane worked as a Data Processor for the Mishawaka Utilities for many years until her retirement.

The family will receive friends from 3 pm-7 pm on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, IN.  Funeral Mass will be at 11 am on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mishawaka with Father Chris Lapp officiating.
