Donald R Burks

Donald Ray Burks, 55, of Duncanville, TX, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.  Don was born in South Bend, IN, on April 4, 1966, to Jerry and Rita (Martin) Burks.  Don is survived by his parents; brothers, Jerry (Cheryl) Burks of Mishawaka, Robb Owen Burks of Bethel, AK, and Guy Burks of Mishawaka; and his companion, Rodney Wilson of Duncanville, TX; and many nieces and nephews.

Don is a Penn High School and Vincennes University graduate.  He was a Project Manager at World Water Works for 10 years.  He loved being in the outdoors.  He enjoyed camping, going on bike rides and long walks. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 am, Friday, November 12, 2021, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in South Bend with visitation 1 hour prior.  Don will be laid to rest in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
