Ilene Reese

Ilene Reese, 76, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2024, in Mishawaka, Indiana. Ilene was born on November 8, 1947, in Waterford, Michigan to Donald and Evelyn (Baum) Reese. Ilene was a loving housewife and mother, whose nurturing presence fostered a home filled with laughter, learning, and affection.

Her legacy is cherished by her daughters Taelyn Barnes and Amber Hodge, her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her sister Nancy Budrow, and her brother George Baum.

Ilene was preceded in death by bother her parents Donald and Evelyn, and her brothers Donald Reese, Forrest Reese, and Ronald Reese.

Ilene's kind spirit and caring nature extended to her four-legged companion, Taebor, who was a source of joy in her everyday life. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with making the final arrangements.
