Mishawaka-James E. Ragsdale Jr., 58, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.

James was born on July 5, 1960 in Oklahoma. He went on to work operating heavy machinery in various construction companies and oil fields as well as driving trucks. James is survived by his girlfriend, Tina Ford and his children.
