James Lee Thompson

     James Thompson, “JT” to his family, close colleagues, and friends, 67, passed away at home in Mishawaka. JT was born on September 13, 1957, in Mishawaka to Kenneth Marvin and Betty (Prezbindowski) Thompson. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Tom Thompson and sister, Lynn Thompson.

     He is Survived by his wife, Vicki (Stewart) Thompson and their children, Aimee Akkerman, Tyler (Katiann) Thompson, Tabitha Haga, Theresa (Jason) Mahoney, Stephanie Weeks, and Dennis Stuber; nephews Jaden (Jessica) Thompson, Josh (Destiny) Thompson and Daniel Brandt.

     JT worked at South Bend Clutch for 37 years until retirement, and he loved playing darts and billiards and being in tournaments with his friends.

     A graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM, At Fairview Cemetery. Hahn Funeral home has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
