Jerry Dale Obituary

Jerry M. Dale, 84, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away at Fountainview on Saturday, June 11, 2022. He was born on December 30, 1937, to the late Morris and Estelle Dale in Milledgeville, TN and was raised in Mishawaka. On April 11, 1959, Jerry married Carol Urschel who survives. Also surviving is his son, Jerry Max Dale of Osceola; grandson, Austin J. Dale of Mishawaka; and a brother, Tom Dale of Indianapolis.

There will be no formal services. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
