Josephine J. Salata of Mishawaka, IN passed away on December 7, 2024. She was born on October 26, 1940, in South Bend, IN to Eugene & Josephine Meszegeto, who preceded her in death. She was married to Eugene L. Salata on April 25, 1964, until his passing on October 7, 1975.

She is survived by her son, Stephen Salata and stepdaughter, Susan Salata Tochell. Her stepson, Eugene R. Salata also preceded her in death.

Cremation will take place and she will be interned at the Highland Cemetery, South Bend, IN.

 Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
