Joshua Norris Obituary

     Joshua Adam Norris, 43, of Mishawaka, Indiana, passed away on September 12th, 2025.

     Born on June 18th, 1982, Joshua was the beloved son of Chuck Norris Jr. and Jody (Plummer) Turner. He most recently worked at Remote Controls Inc. in Mishawaka, IN. Josh was there for a number of years, working his way up through various positions with the company.

     Josh was a graduate of Mishawaka High School. He was part of the Track and Field Team. His real joy came when he was part of the Mishawaka High School Bowling Team. He continued his passion for bowling over the years competing in multiple leagues and tournaments. When he was not bowling, Josh was cheering on his favorite football team the Green Bay Packers. He enjoyed playing Disc Golf with friends and family. He also enjoying throwing cornhole bags. Josh lived for the thrill of competition and the joy it brought into his life.

     He is survived by his mother, Jody Turner; his father, Chuck Norris Jr.; his brother, Chuck Norris III; his sister, Jacenda Turner; and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

     Josh was recently baptized. Recommitting his life to his lord and savior Jesus Christ. Josh's smile, contagious laughter, and his ability to give the world’s best hugs will be remembered always by those who were lucky enough to know Josh. Josh was also an animal lover. He had two pet snakes, Velocerin, and Seriff, and a cat, Ephesian, who he cared for greatly.

     A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, October 18th, 2025. It will begin at 5pm at Cornerstone Church, 308 S. Byrkit Ave, Mishawaka, IN 46544.
