Karen M. (Arick) Dentino

Karen M. Dentino, 76, of South Bend passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023, in her home surrounded by her loving family.  Karen was born on April 3, 1946, in South Bend to the late Donald and Violet (Thompson) Arick.  Karen is survived by her husband, Gary Dentino; son, Brian (Sonya) Dentino; daughter, Krista (Rob) Covyeou; grandchildren, Alaina, Angelo and Sophia Dentino; sisters, Janice (Tom) Berry, Rhonda Arick and Lisa Arick(Sally Atkins); and a brother, Duane (Shirley) Arick.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Gene Arick.

Karen was a volunteer at Memorial Hospital for 20 years.  She was a member of the Gospel Center Missionary Church in South Bend.  Karen will be remembered for her open and tender heart, her infectious laughter, her faith and her love and devotion to family and friends.

The family will receive friends 4 pm-8 pm on Friday, February 10, 2023, at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th St, Mishawaka, IN.  Funeral Service will begin at 10am on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Gospel Center Missionary Church with visitation half hour prior.  Karen will be laid to rest in Southlawn Cemetery in South Bend.
