Linda J Dotson

     Linda J. Dotson, 77, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2024, in her hometown, embraced by the love of her family. Born on July 19, 1947, to the late Hobart Allison and Rosina Dattalo, Linda's life was a testament to her enduring warmth and the deep connections she fostered with all who knew her.

     In addition to her many passions, she was deeply committed to her community and engaged in politics throughout her life. As a member of the Democratic Women’s Club, she worked tirelessly to advocate for issues close to her heart. She was also a member of the BK Club and De Amicis. She was also a devoted member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mishawaka, where her faith guided her actions and strengthened her resolve to make a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

     Linda is survived by her devoted husband, Phillip G. Dotson; her loyal son, Joseph Dotson; and her precious grandchildren, Megan Dotson, Mackensie Grannan, and Alexander Grannan. She was predeceased by her beloved son, Danny Glynn Dotson, and her brothers, Garrett and Anthony Allison.

     Linda's spirit, characterized by generosity and kindness, will be dearly missed yet celebrated by her family and the many lives she touched. Her legacy of love and resilience lives on through her descendants and the warm memories shared by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

     A private graveside service will be held at Fairview. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted to handle all the final arrangements.
