Marcia Hirsch

     Marcia Ann Hirsch, aged 74, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025, in Mishawaka, IN. She entered this world on June 2, 1950, in South Bend, IN, to the late Victor M. Bruckeveldt and Vera Mae (Whitaker) Bruckeveldt.

     A graduate of Marion High School in 1968, Marcia furthered her education by obtaining an associate degree in Accounting. On September 5, 1970, she married the love of her life, Anthony R. Hirsch.  Her marriage to Anthony was a cherished chapter of her life, and although he preceded her in death just the year before, their love story remains a touching testament to enduring companionship.

     Marcia's memory lives on through her adopted daughter, Courtney (Dominic) Nowicki; her grandchildren, Lincoln Nowicki and Morgan Hirsch; her daughter-in-law, Karen Hirsch; and her niece, Angie Burks. Known for her unwavering support and spirit of service, she was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 360. Her legacy of kindness and her passion for contributing to her community will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

     A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family. Hahn funeral home has been entrusted with making the final arrangements.
