Marilyn Kay Miller, 58, of Mishawaka passed away on April 10, 2025. Marilyn was born on December 1, 1966, to Tom DeClark and the late Joan (Logli) DeClark. Marilyn married her husband David Miller on August 10, 1996.
Marilyn is survived by her loving husband David Miller; her devoted daughter Lindsey Miller; her father Tom DeClark; her brother John (Christine) DeClark; her nephew Justin DeClark. Marilyn is also survived her mother-in-law, Kay Miller; her sister-in-law Susan (Jeff) Peterson; her niece Stephanie Peterson; her niece Jessica (Andrew) Thurman; and her great nephew Oliver Thurman. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan DeClark and father-in-law, Roy Miller.
Marilyn was co-owner of D&M Propane, DeClark Farms, and Tri-Delta Dairy. She was a past Madison Township 4-H Leader, and a strong supporter of 4-H. Marilyn showed her deep passion for farming through her solid work ethic. She especially enjoyed operating the combine and caring for cattle.
Marilyn's generous heart left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her memory will be treasured, and Marilyn’s presence deeply missed by those who were fortunate to know her.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 4:00pm–8:00pm, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W 8th St., Mishawaka. Friends may also visit on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 9:00am–9:45am in the funeral home prior to the Mass. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, at 10:00am, in St. Bavo Catholic Church, 511 W 7th St., Mishawaka. Burial to follow in Resthaven Cemetery, 12033 New Rd., Mishawaka, IN 46544.
