Mary M. Moser

   Mary Martha Moser, 91, passed away on February 9, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on November 29, 1934, to Sylvester and Felice Nowaczewski.

   On November 29, 1952, she married the love of her life, Alvin G. Moser. They shared 63 years of marriage before Alvin passed on March 20, 2016.

   Mary was employed at AM General for over 25 years before retiring. Mary was devoted to her faith and attended church regularly and volunteered often. She had an immense love for her family. No one would ever leave her home hungry because she always had a home cooked meal prepared.

   She is survived by her daughter Diane (Dan) Crawford, of Granger Indiana, son Alan (Sandy) Moser of New Bern, North Carolina, and daughter Beverley Mikesell, of Mishawaka, Indiana. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Jennifer, Ashley, Chrystal (Pro), Eric, and Courtney (Brian), as well as eight great grandchildren, Nathan, Christopher, Jason, Brynlee, Kyler, Ethan, Aleigh, and Nolan.

   Mary was preceded in death by a great grandson, Bradley, son-in-law Ronald Mikesell, her parents, Sylvester and Felice, siblings, Joseph Nowaczewski, Clara Pedersen, Theresa Klota, her twin sister Martha Vitek, and Lillian Nowak.

   The family would like to thank Milton Home and Heartland Hospice for the great care they provided for their mom.

   A visitation for Mary will take place on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W 8th Street, Mishawaka. A rosary will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4508 Vistula Rd, Mishawaka, with a visitation a half hour prior in the church. A private burial will take place at Olive Cemetery .

   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Judes Hospital, 9045 River Rd Suite 175, Indianapolis, or Heartland Hospice, 230 W Catalpa Dr D, Mishawaka.
