          Patsy Croy, 78, of South Bend, IN, passed away at home peacefully on July 18, 2020. Patsy was born on August 18, 1941, in North Liberty, IN, to the late Raymond and Lela (Kaser) Newcomer. On September 6, 1959, Patsy married the love of her life, John H. Croy.

          She is survived by her husband of sixty years, John Croy; daughter, Lisa Croy Spencer; grandchildren, Serena Spencer and Kara (Corey) McGann; great grandchildren, Rylin and Zaylee Spencer as well as many extended family members and friends. Patsy was preceded in death by her son, John Croy Jr.; parents and siblings, Alice Cassidy, Helen Burkholder, Betty LaTour, Richard, Melvin, Clyde and Robert Newcomer.

          Patsy enjoyed being outdoors with a cup of coffee while she watched the birds. Her favorite birds to watch were mother and baby baltimore orioles when they came to eat jelly from the feeder. Patsy loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will not only be missed by her family but also by the Four Winds Casino $$$.

          The family would like to give special thanks to the Center for Hospice Care for their heartfelt and gentle care for Patsy.

          A Celebration of Patsy’s Life will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, IN. Friends and family may visit from 4 to 6 p.m. The Celebration of Life will start at 6 p.m.
