Ralph Bush Sr.

     Ralph Bush Sr., 76, of Mishawaka passed away surrounded by his family on November 19, 2024. Ralph was born to the late Kenneth Bush and Gladys (Harp) Alexander in Laporte, IN, on December 22, 1947. Ralph joined the U.S. Army after finishing high school and proudly served during the Vietnam War. He returned to the Michiana area after his service and went on to work as an operating engineer for Bayer before he retired.

     Ralph is survived by his wife, Cherie Bush; children, Danny Napier, Ralph (Rebecca) Bush II, Anthony Bush, Christopher (Levi) Bush and Desiree (Zak) Kasischke; grandchildren, Catrina Bush, Shaylyn (Adam) Bush, Breanna (James) Bush, Brittany (Matt) Strefling, Cole Strefling, Brittany (Drew) Treash, Heather (Jake) Camplan, Allison (Russell) Treash; great grandchildren, Alaina and Jacob Wair, Conner Pelis, Erik Camplan, Amelia Good, Claire and Kane Gimson, Rylee, Russell and Ramzy Zawacki and Raelynn Marshall; siblings, Wayne (Olivia) Bush, and Brenda (Doug) Bowers as well as many extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his great grandchildren, Andrew Kritikos and Mylah Gimson; his parents and siblings, Evelyn Stephens and Earl Bush.

     Friends may visit with the family from 3-7 p.m. on Friday, November 29th in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. A funeral service for Ralph will be held on Saturday, November 30th at 10:30 a.m. with visitation one hour prior in the funeral home. Ralph will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Valley Cemetery Memorial Park, Mishawaka with military honors.
