Sandra Cencelewski

     Sandra J. Cencelewski, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025, at the age of 72, in South Bend, Indiana. Born on December 18, 1952, in Dowagiac, Michigan, to Perry and Kathleen (Roos) Barrier, she grew into a warm and caring person. 

     Sandra's professional journey as a dedicated branch employee of various positions at Key Bank was marked by her exceptional leadership and kindness. After her retirement, she immersed herself in her passions, crocheting beautiful pieces, enjoying tv shows and popcorn with her husband, and cherishing moments with her fur grandbabies, Bubbles and Bob.

     She is survived by her devoted husband, James Cencelewski; her loving daughter, Mandy Cencelewski; and a host of extended family across Michigan and North Carolina. Additionally, her dear friend Tina Addington holds dear the memories they shared.

     Her reunion with her cherished cat Kreamo brings solace to those she left behind. Sandra’s vibrant spirit will forever be remembered as a beacon of joy and a testament to her love for all creatures, great and small.

     In keeping with Sandra’s wishes there will be no formal services held at this time. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted to handle the final arrangements.
