Sharon Ann Purvis

Sharon was born August 24, 1951 to parents Ralph and Etherl (Weiser) Harrington in Mishawaka, Indiana. She passed away on March 23, 2026 at the age of 74 surrounded by family and friends.

She worked as an administrative assistant for the state of Kentucky. She was known for making the best egg sandwiches and mashed potatoes you ever had.

Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Angel Harrod and her sister, Vicki Barber

She is survived by her daughter Brittany (Kenny) Samuels and son Rodney Couch; as well as her siblings, Mary (Elbert) Couch and Samuel (Linda) Harrington, grandchildren: Brandon Wright, Joshua Wright, Megan Harrod, Makayla Dillon, Bailee Macaluso, Chase Couch, Elijah Samuels, Jaeden Samuels and Kenzie Samuels; and great -grandchildren: Kyler Wright, Jayce Wright, Scarlett Singer, LeiEnzo Brown, Amir Brown, Lakelyn Dillon, Seanna Dillon, and Lincoln Macaluso. 

Friends may visit with the family from 9am-11am on Friday, March 27th, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. A funeral service will be held immediately following at 11am on Friday, March 27th, in the funeral home. Sharon will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka, IN.
