Sharon Wagner

     Sharon Wagner, age 80, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on February 28, 1945, in South Bend, Indiana, she was the beloved daughter of Elmer Brown and Hazel (Benett) Brown.

     A devoted mother, Sharon’s life centered around her family. She is lovingly remembered by her children: Robert (Joy) Palmer, Toni Tolbert, Raymond (Sheila) Palmer, Albert (Katie) Palmer Jr., and Allie Castillo. Her legacy lives on through her 21 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought immense joy to her life.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Hazel, her daughter Michelle Palmer Nevares, and her brother Delbert Brown.

     Sharon worked for many years in commercial laundry, where she was known for her hard work ethic and warm personality. Outside of work, she enjoyed being outdoors, and time with her family and took pride in watching her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren grow.

     She will be remembered for her generosity, love for her grandchildren, and the deep roots of family she planted and nurtured throughout her life.

     In keeping with Sharon’s wishes there is no formal service planned at this time. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements and extends their deepest sympathies to the Wagner / Palmer family
