Stephen Salata

     Stephen Salata of Mishawaka, IN passed away on February 12, 2025. He was born on April 10, 1961, in South Bend, IN to Josephine Meszegeto. Josephine later married Eugene Salata who would adopt and raise him together.

     He is survived by his step-sister, Susan Salata Tochell. His step-brother, Eugene Salata and his parents precede him in death.

     He worked as a mechanic for the Transpo bus system in South Bend. 

     Cremation will take place and he will be interned at the Highland Cemetery, South Bend, IN.

     Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
