Susan Drehmel

           Susan Drehmel, beloved daughter, sister, and companion, passed away on July 21, 2024, in Adrian, Michigan, at the age of 70. Born on June 6, 1954, in East Chicago, Indiana, to Claire Verte Feuille and Robert Armstrong Frazier, Susan lived a life marked by kindness and a spirit of generosity.

            A proud graduate of Harvey High School in Harvey, Illinois, Susan dedicated her early career to serving others as a nurse at Cook County Hospital. Later, she pursued her passion for creativity and transformation as a skilled hairdresser. She also had a profound love for skiing, which she enjoyed immensely. Susan was a devoted owner to her beloved Dalmatians, Isabelle and Fiona.

            A cherished sister to Mary Frazier and devoted partner to Terry Benish, Susan filled their lives with laughter and unwavering support. She nurtured deep connections with her family and created a legacy of love that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

            Susan's passing leaves a void in the many lives she touched. Her remembrance will be held dear by all, a testament to a life well-lived and a woman deeply loved. She will be missed more than words can express, but the warmth of her memory shall never fade.

            Susan's family will receive friends on Thursday August 8, 2024, from 4:00- 6:00 PM, In Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W 8th Street, Mishawaka.
