Wayne Lee McClellan

     Wayne Lee McClellan 91, passed away on Jan. 12, 2025, at home after a short illness under the care of his family & Hospice.  He was born July 26th, 1933, to Orva & Genevieve McClellan from Wausaukee, WI.  He was the oldest of 8 children.  Wayne retired as a Master Mechanic from Hull Lift Truck of Elkhart after 37 yrs.  He was an Army Veteran that was stationed in Alaska. 

     On October 30, 1957, he married Jo Ann Wray from Mishawaka, IN. They had 2 children, Christopher (Maria) McClellan & Pamela (Steve) Yoder. He had 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild on the way. He was preceded in death by his daughter & 3 brothers.

     After retirement, Wayne pursued his hard work ethic by repairing lawn mowers & other small engines which he continued to do until months before his passing. In his leisure time, he spent time going to garage sales where he always knew how to find a great deal.  Wayne also enjoyed spending time with his family.

     Visitation will be held on Friday Jan. 24, 2025, at Granger Missionary Church from 10-11a.m. with a service following directly after.
