Wilma M. Hamman

Wilma Marie Hamman, 75 of Mishawaka, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday April 3, 2026, in South Bend, IN.

Wilma was born on May 9, 1950, in Hayti, Missouri as the daughter of Tobe and Roberta (Pollard) Lewis. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Linda Szutz and brothers, James Lewis, Terry Lewis, Harold Lewis. And stepdaughter, Tina Yeakey. 

On August 1, 2006, in Mishawaka, IN, Wilma married James "JT" Hamman he survives along with her children, Christopher Yeakey, Danny Yeakey and Charles Vincent, two daughters, Jennifer Jennings and Angela (Fred) Park, stepson, Wallace Yeakey from her first marriage and three stepsons from her last marriage, Jason Hamman, Jeremy Hamman and Josh Hamman. Five grandchildren, Jaclyn Fisher, Angelo Multari, Jordan Multari, Alex Multari, Stella Yeakey. Sisters, Sarah Alexander, Ann Wilson, brothers, Toby Lewis and Timmy Lewis.

Wilma and JT loved the outdoors especially their long walks through the parks, she was a dedicated wife and homemaker and grandmother. She loved to sing and dance and had a deep relationship with her lord and savior Jesus Christ. 

In keeping with Wilma’s wishes cremation will take place with Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka, handling arrangements. Hahn Funeral home would like to extend their deepest sympathies to the Hamman family.
